🔹 World Down Syndrome Day is March 21st. It was established in 2006 at the initiative of Greek physician Stylianos Antonarakis, Professor of Genetics at the University of Geneva, with the aim of raising awareness and informing the international community about Down Syndrome. This date was selected from the syndrome data (3rd chromosome in 21st pair = 3.21).

🔸 On Thursday 21/03/19, members of GPSF participated in an information and awareness campaign about Down Syndrome, which took place at the Faculty of Science on campus from 9:00 to 14:00.
